EoL RebornEoL Reborn

As you know now, the rumours that were floating around Dalaran are true the most legendary of all raid teams in Jane Doe history is back!

And with it the most famous hunter on the realm, the legendary hunter, Kurufín. Many feared he would never return, more hoped for obvious reasons that he wouldn't. His ability to tame the ladies exceeds his ability to tame pets - in his mind, anyway! His reputation says it all, unless you are a competitor, you can't stop but fall in love with his charming self when he yells at you for back-peddling into the abyss during an Arthas fight or getting caught by Yogg Sarons tentacles for the seventh time.

And with him follows a core of experienced players with one desire: to conquer the latest raid bosses and strive for laughs and good times twice a week in Battle for Azeroth.

And with Kurufin's return and intro sorted - Welcome to Jane Doe and EoL to all of our new members from all 4 corners of Azeroth, and welcome back to those who raided with us in Legion, hope you all had a good summer.

For those who are new to EoL and to remind those who will have forgotten everything since Legion (!!), this is what EoL is all about:

We have some of the best healers in the world to keep you alive when you are standing in shit during the entire fight and we have some noobs that are willing to learn and have fun while you are doing it. We also have a completely hopeless hunter that keeps dying after 20 seconds in every fight, but he is kind of our mascot, so we wont kick him.

A background check on us would reveal that we are mostly 30+ in years, but still kids on the inside. The humour starts from having no idea of what you are doing (see above hunter) to cringy thats-what-she-said-jokes, but all in all we just want to have a good time without any loot drama or insecure teenagers (also the adult ones).

We understand that WoW is a game and many people can not or will not commit to two raid nights evey week. We know there is a life besides gaming, so your preferred role in a raid might just be around the corner even though it is not available right now.

As said earlier, we are very relaxed in our approach to the raiding game. Whether you are experienced or greener than a gnome at christmas is not really important. What matters is that we are enjoying what we are doing. That being said, we usually get ahead of the curve for all raids, so not all of us are as hopeless as our mascot, Maxiamus. (Welcome back Max - didn't you miss us!?)

To ensure we get the most out of our limited raid and game time, we try to adhere to the following:

Our raid is a place to take a break from real life and have some fun playing a game we all enjoy in the company of some awesome people. We are progressive, but in a slower paced manner that allows EoL to maintain a relaxed, congenial, fun atmosphere.

We usually have a couple of players with a bit more in-game time than others and they kindly make flasks/food/potions – help them out with mats anyway you can. Ensure you have some of your own flasks/potions/food in case the team tab of the bank doesn’t have any.

If you have time, read up on tactics for new bosses – real life sometimes means our usual tacticians haven’t been able to do so.
We sometimes excel with out-of-the box thinking with tactics or raid set ups – feel free to make suggestions in a positive, constructive way.

HAVE FUN – we will pull too much trash, fail the elevator bosses, stand in fire, forget to equip a legendary, tank with a fishing hat and rod equipped, heal with dps gear, and probably many more idiotic things on our way to killing stuff – EoL style.

We raid Mondays and Thursdays - RT: 20h30 to 23h00

See you in-game

Kurufín and Crystal
